1. Complete designing and shop drawing submission for Air conditioning works.
2. Part time site supervisor will be provided to coordinate with other contractor and our work execution which will
minimize the mistakes at site.
3. All Ducted split units will be installed along with Vibration Isolators and the duct shall have connected with flexible
duct connector which will prevent the vibration transfer to the building structure.
4. Acoustic liner will be done 2m long from the AC unit, which will reduce the noise from ac Unit and the customer will
feel comfortable.
5. 6 Months Warranty for complete installation and 6 months’ maintenance will be free (During 6 months’
maintenance period, any materials required, it shall be by customer).
6. Special Protection for Roof Copper piping works.

Scope of work:
The Air Conditioning Contractor shall complete the below scope of work as agreed for subjected project.
1. Supply and installation of Pre insulated ducting, supports, acoustic liner 3m from unit, flexible connections and plenum box
connections including all related accessories etc.
2. Supply and Installation of Grill and diffusers and the grills and diffusers will be provided based on the requirement of system. If the client
required more, it will be additional cost to us. The additional grills will be claimed as variation.
Our lump sum price is as per above Scope of work.
OMR. 450 /- Without supply of AC Units
Contract Terms:
1. Any modification and new works shall be carried out after variation approval.
2. AC Unit capacity and Layout drawing shall be submitted by AST.
3. Quotation made for LUMSUM basis. And the quotation validity 15 days.
4. Temporary Water and Electricity by Client.
Payment terms:
The Invoice will be raised after completion work as per below table .The payment shall be issued in the
