All BOQ Items & Any NT Items required we consider -13% less given by the Scheduled Department Prices
Rates
We have Considered the Unit Rate only, But The Quantity may vary As per the site conditions.

Delivery Included
All the measurements are as per the MB Book Record, According to Tender Rates.
Payment Terms
After receiving the payment from the Department Within a day payment will transfer.
Defect & Liability 24 months from date of Testing, Commissioning & facility Handing over including all Documentation.
