Dear Sir/Madam,

With respect to the above cited subject reference, we have done assessment for EoT-03 of the
above said work.

The EoT-03 to the Contractor can be granted as per the reasons listed in the assessment sheet
attached to this letter.

Hence we hereby recommend to review and consider to grant the contractor an EoT-03 of 153
days, i,e from 01/05/2023 to 30/09/2023 as detailed in the enclosures subject to
clearance/approval from other departments if any, clearance of encroachments, shifting of utilities if
any.
