1. The B&R Division Astore GB PWD invites sealed bids from the contractor /constructions registered firm with
Income Tax and sales tax department and who are on active Tax payer list of Federal board of revenue (GB exempted)
in the relevant PEC categories/ code for the following work(s)

(Terms & Conditions):-

1. Tender forms/documents can be purchased on cash payment (non-refundable) for the mentioned above forms
the office of Executive Engineer B&R Division GB PWD Astore till 18-01-2021 (1:00 PM) No tender form will be
sold / issued on the day of opening of tenders.
2. Application for issuance of tender documents shall accompany the name, address (s) signature of contractor
valid enlisted/renewal of firm with PEC.
3. The owner of the firm should submit the application and collect the tender form by himself. However if he wants
to participate in tender opening process through their representative. He should issue authority letter on letter
head pad of the firm depicting complete valid address & contact numbers along with attested copy of CNIC.
4. Earnest money in the shape of call deposit bearing Name of firm in favour of Executive Engineer B&R Division
Astore from schedule Bank /KCBL most accompany with the application without call deposit no application for
issuance of tender form will be entertained cash/cheque will not be accepted.
5. Tender will be opened by the tender committee as notified vide C.E notification No.CED-1(4)/Esstt/2018-19/336
dated 27th March, 2020.
6. The contractors who are interested to participate in above mentioned tenders they will have to submit their
experience certificates of completed work of similar nature, list of employees and machinery while submitting
application otherwise tender form will not be issued.
7. PEC certificate 2020 & professional Tax Certificate (if applicable) and CNIC in original will be seen before
issuance of tender form.
8. GB PWD may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal. The GB PWD shall
upon request communicate, to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal but is not required to
justify those grounds.
9. In case of unworkable/Exorbitant rates, quoted by the contractor, proper rate analysis based on Pak PWD CSR
2012, shall be rejected and further process of procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA rule
2004.
