Taking Over Certificate of AFC System for Phoolbagan Station (Part of Phase I
Works) (Issued under GCC Clause 9.2)

M/S Indra Sistemas S.A has been awarded the Contract for the work of “Design, Manufacture,
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Fare Collection System” for Kolkata
East West Metro Project vide Contract Agreement dated 10 th September 2014 by the Kolkata
Metrorail Corporation Ltd.

Taking Over details under this Certificate is as below and present status of work are as follows:-

NOTE (#) This Taking Over Certificate is issued subject to following conditions:

1) The approval of the said Taking Over Certificate is purely pProvisional, subject to compliance of the
above mentionedabove-mentioned pPending Works (listed in Table -1) within the shortest possible
date and time from. The completion plan must be agreeable d with the to Employer.

2) In the event M/s Indra fails to fulfill / complete the pending works as listed above within the
stipulated time, the Provisional TOC (Taking Over Certificate) will be further reviewed and revalidated
by Engineer in consultation with Employer as deemed fit within the pProvisions of the Contract. The
Final Taking Over Certificate for the U/G Phoolbagan Station will be issued by Engineer after the
completion of pending works.

3) The Taking Over Certificate for the Phase – I and Phase – II will be issued separately on
completion of Works.

4) This certificate is issued based on the request of the Contractor vide their letter KMRC/AFC/1248-
20_109, dated 04.12.2020 and shall be used by the Contractor only.

5) This certificate does not construe as an Approval of Works or Completion of Contract.
