INSPECTION Transformer are tested by us before dispatch

VALIDITY 15 Days from date of quotation and subject to our written comfirmation there after

PAYMENT 50% Advance,50% Agaiinst Before Dispatch

GUARANTEE Transformer will be guaranteed against manufacturing defects and bad
workmanship for a period of 60 Months from the date of dispatch

This guarantee is subject to installation including proper earthing ,commissioning operation and
maintainace of transfomer as per .

Further , Guarantee will remain in force subject to periodic maintainance of equipement as per IS
guidelines.
FORCE MESURE In the event of any war, civil disobedience or military activity, riots,strikes, lockouts, fire, industrial
disputes or natural calamities etc....or any other restrictions imposed by goverment and cirumstance
beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase our price, should this be found necessary. Under
these circumstances, we do not accept any liability for the delay in the manufacturing & delivery

INSURANCE The transit insurance coverage shall be in Buyers scope. however, No Claim will be accepted in event
of any damage occurred to the equipment while unloading due to rough handling & improper storage.
The equipment will be rectified / repaired at site or works subject to joint inspection after assessment
on extent of damage. The repair will be carried out only after receipt of approval for repair charges by
client.
