Price basis – all these prices are ex-works, at Bangalore.
Scope of supply - our scope of work is design, manufacture and supply of the equipment.
Taxes and duties – GST- 18%
Insurance – on your account
Shipment terms - extra at actual. (to pay basis)
Packing and forwarding - inclusive
Delivery period - items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear order along with
advance money and approved drawings if any at our end.
Payment - 100% advance on order
Unloading & positioning – in customer scope.

Warranty: All equipment’s offered in this specification are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date
of Supply.
This guarantee covers defective design, materials and workmanship only and shall not be applicable to damages sustained through misuse of
the equipment.
The defects during warranty period shall be made good either by repair (or) replacement of defective components, as applicable.
Saveawatt will not be responsible / liable for any contingency charges or loss of profit arising on account of failure of the equipment during

warranty period.
Statutory variations: Any statutory variations by government in levies will be applicable to your account at the time of dispatch

Force majeure clause: Our offer is subject to Force Majeure conditions which include war, famine, flood, strike, lockout, civil disturbances, acts
of god and any other circumstances beyond our control resulting in delay. Disruption in production or closure of the unit.

Jurisdiction: All the disputes arising out of and touching or relating to subject matter of agreement/contract shall be subject to jurisdiction of
courts of Bangalore
