Sirs,

1. We, the undersigned, having examined the documents as detailed in the AID/Shell/026/
N°004/23 Tender RFQ for the above referenced Contract, and having satisfied ourselves as
to all the terms and conditions under which the Works must be performed, hereby offer to
perform the Works in full conformity with the documents as detailed in the covering letter.

2. We undertake if this offer is accepted:

a) to execute the Contract in the given form within fourteen calendar days of the conclusion
of the offer clarifications.
b) If we fail to do so, the award may then be made to other bidders or PT. ARTELIA
ISOPLAN INDONESIA may call for other offers.

3. We commit to undertake Principal Construction Contractor for the service-stations of Shell

when required by and formally instructed by PT. ARTELIA ISOPLAN INDONESIA or it’s
local in country affiliates over a period of 3 years fully in accordance with the RFQ
documents and the attached offer.

4. We agree that this offer shall remain valid for a period of sixty days starting from and
including the date set for submission of the offers in the Transmittal Letter and may be
accepted by PT. ARTELIA ISOPLAN INDONESIA at any time before the expiration of such
period or reasonable extension of such period if requested by PT. ARTELIA ISOPLAN
INDONESIA and accepted by us.

5. We understand that PT. ARTELIA ISOPLAN INDONESIA has the right to accept or reject
any or all offers.

6. This offer is made without connection with any other person, or corporation in making any
other offer for the same purpose and is in all respects fair and without collusion or fraud.
