Prices : The above Quoted price is inclusive of GST @ 18% and exclusive of
Insurance, Material unloading charges, Octroi/Entry Tax or any other taxes
as applicable at the time of delivery. Transportation/Freight Charges will be
Inclusive For Bangalore.
Delivery : Delivery will be mutually discussed at the time of finalization of the
Purchase Order; However, we will supply the product within a period of 5-6
weeks from the date of Purchase Order.
Payment : 80% Advance remaining 20% against Proforma a invoice before dispatch.
NOTE: The losses test will be carried out in CPRI on the name of the
customer

Validity : Our Quotation is valid only for a period of 5 days from the date of offer.It is
necessary to Arrange Crane/Forklift for unloading the material if we are not
agreed for the same.
