Subject : Notice Letter Regarding Sample Testing for Soil Investigation

Dear Sir,
According to the feedback from your company about the test of soil investigation, your company is
very difficult to find the qualified laboratory required by consultant for testing, and your testing work
already delayed based on your site work. Due to this situation, we cannot wait any more, because
it has affected the follow-up work of this project, so we will find laboratory to do the test for you,
you only need to deliver the UBS sample to the laboratory that we specify and hand over it to our
laboratory technician. For the future if you can find out laboratory which can do the test for you as
consultant required, you also can test it, for now we can’t wait, because the UBS sample is
already very much to need be tested, or if you have a cost problem with the suitable laboratory,
you also can introduce to us.
Regarding to coordination at the site, you can only communicate with the consultant in site but
cannot directly follow their instructions without our permission and your company can only follow
our instructions. And if you have any further questions please kindly communicate with us and we
will coordinate then inform you again. During the work of soil investigation, if there is any technical
issue, we require you to communicate with us first before communicate to consultant to avoid any
miscommunication, we will fully support you to settle the problem.

has found the qualified laboratory required by consultant for testing, but the price of testing is very
high, so for this situation, we will negociate with this laboratory with SRBGC name to try to
decrease the price, and reach long terms cooperation with it. Actually, your testing work already
delayed based on your site work. Due to this situation, we cannot wait any more, because it has
affected the follow-up work of this project, so we will discuss with this laboratory to do the test for
you, you only need to deliver the UBS sample to the laboratory and hand over it to our laboratory
technician.
