 WORK ACTIVITIES OR RESPONSBILITY: -
 To supervise the GIS Implementation work in line with the scope of work & Technical
Specifications written in the Work Order.
 To Coordinate with Vendor’s team for executing the Potential survey, Route survey & DGPS
survey etc.
 Coordinate with Vendor’s team for digitization of surveyed Data.
 Inter- departmental Coordination for smooth implementation of GIS system & all the related
activities.
 Coordinate for future updation of the Data in the system.
 Cross Checking of Vendor’s Bill.
 Perform day-to-day quality related activities of the contract at site.
 Verify that the latest copies of appropriate Plans, Quality work procedures and work instructions
are available at site
 Carry out all inspection and test requirements of the contract at all stages as per the QCP and
contract requirements (Including receiving inspection)
 Periodically monitor the storage of materials at site / yard and at concrete mixing area and ensure
that only right materials from right sources are use as per the specifications.
 Planning the Site works Complete as per the site Schedule.
 Provide assistance to Manager in the preparation of contract/project quality procedures, work
instructions and plans as required.
 Ensure that all activities carried out are in compliance with Quality requirements of the contract.
 NDT interpretation of weld joint radiographs.
 Mechanical clearance for hydrostatic-testing.
 Train the site Supervisor on Contract Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans and execute the
work.
 Responsible for Conducting procedure qualification, welder qualification and electrode
qualification tests, NDT (RT, UT, PT, MPT) Inspection, Interpretation of RT films, hydro testing
of pipes Section, Inspection of surface preparation, Sand blasting inspection and field joint
coating.
 Ensuring HSSE at site.
 Communicate and follow up with contractor regarding various activity like cleaning grading,
stringing, Main line welding, Coating.
 Follow up with contractor for project progress.
 HDD Methodology Review.
 Pipe Book review.
 Testing & Commissioning Report for Charging & Laying of MDPE & Lowering of Steel Line.
 Pneumatic Testing Report of laying & Hydro Testing of Steel Line.
 SR & Foundation work report check.
