Construction Planning.

 Construction Activity list, milestone incorporating the Early Start, Early Finished, late start & late finished dates critical
path identification.

 Monitoring of order placement by contractor, inspection of contractor items at site.

 Review of Contractor Manpower Deployment Schedule ( day wise and job specific)

 Generating, uploading of weekly & monthly reports including delay analysis activity report.

 Entrusted with overall responsibility to manage quality control functions as well as inspection and testing.
