Construction as a joint venture, before that worked at KRP (Karbala Refinery Project) Under the
Joint Venture (HDGSK).

Duties and Responsibilities:


 Take part in Preparing the Detail Contract for Local based Sub-Contarctor based on Scope of work.
 Preparing Documents & Drafting Invitation latter for Sub-contractor.
 Bidding Reviewing of quantity accordance to Bill of Quantity.

with the supplier.
 Participate in project reviews and strategize project-based purchasing, expediting, and supplier
quality control to ensure project completion ahead of schedule and under Budget.
 Keeping a track of local commodity market, vendor shop capacities for all project and construction
resources. Maintain a database of lead-time for major equipment’s.
 Preparing of claims for the change order FICN/ New Site Instruction from Client.

 Monitor variations to contracts and ensures that they are properly documented, agreed and
approved.
 Provide guidance to project management team on high volume contract strategy so that project
performance will be ahead of schedule and under budget.
 Ensure that schedule is updated and maintained valid throughout the duration of the project and
that PM and team is aware of forward load and manpower availability.
 Takes a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested and
checks and confirms that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
 Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work
sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.

 Provide Direction to the Sub Contractor planning team in formulating overall execution plan which
