Job Description:
 Coordinating with site engineers and foremen; monitoring their performance in view of the
project schedule and settling all techno-commercial disputes and clarifications as per the
standards
 Arranging and assigning the work activity and dealing with the client with respect to the
inspection of work.
 Inspection of Piping system and conform it is per GAD, P & ID and Isometric Drawings.
 Assist to perform building and underground plumbing design. Systems include water, fire,
irrigation, sewer, storm and include pumping and lifting stations.
 Inspection and conducting NDT and pressure test packages (Hydro/Pneumatic Test) per
piping class, their test limit.
 Supervision and Execution of underground utilities works such as potable water system,
Sanitary system, Strom system and Fire water etc, in site using UPVC, FRP and HDPE
pipes including cast and Installation of valve chambers, air release valve chamber, washout
vale chamber and Catch basins.
 Facilitate to prepare method of statements, technical submittals, RFIs, SOWs, BOQs,
contracts, change of orders, and other documents related to the project.
 To arrange resources for the site execution and to direct site teams, sub-cons & site
supervisors about future & daily activities ensuring that all the staff and subcontractors are
aware of the site plan.
 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
 To support in preparing shop drawings, red line and as-built drawings and project hand over
documents.
