1. This pertains to the function of Legal Research and Evaluation Division to

render legal opinion, conduct research, review and evaluation of MOA/MOU, contracts,
policies, proposed legislative bills, SOP, and PNP directives.

2. In this regard, the undersigned is respectfully requesting for two (2) printers to
be used by its Legal Officers in order to ensure the smooth operation of this office.
