3. The undersign administers survey questions and interviews persons/employees as to how

prepared they are during bomb threat situations.

4. The persons being interviewed are employees of the Regional Trial Court, Quezon City
without any bomb threat management training or its equivalent.

5. The participants actively participated and provided their answers to survey questions.

INSTRUCTION:

1. Create survey questions (minimum of 5) regarding the subject "Community Preparedness on Bomb
Threat".
Example:
 Are you aware of the bomb threats and incidents that occurred in the localities of our country?
What are your insights about it?
 What would you do if you see suspicious objects in public areas (malls, parks, schools, or any
establishment) that might be considered bombs?

 How would you respond if you received a bomb threat from an unknown person, by any means
(text, personal, call, etc.)?

 Have you attended any bomb threat management seminars?

 Do you think, how prepared you are for possible bomb threat attacks that might happen at any
time?

2. Do an interview/survey with at least (7) persons in your selected community/workplace using your
prepared questions and attach their responses to the Appendix section.
*REQUIRED: Survey recipients must not be trained key bomb personnel or any equivalent.
No students have the same location as their classmates.

3. Take documentation or interrogation evidence and attach it to your paper report in appendices.

4. 30% OF COURSE GRADE WILL BE BASED FROM THIS MAJOR REQUIREMENT.
