1. Reference; Memo from C, Admin, PNPGH dated May 28 2012 re; Conduct of AGI
ORSITE

2. In connection with above reference, please be informed that the undersigned could not
attend the said inspection as scheduled his flight/trip going to Cebu City was likewise scheduled on the
same day (May 28-29, 2012) as the scheduled conduct of AGI-ORSITE at PNP , HS

3. Moreover, please be informed that the undersigned already sought permission from his
immediate superior and to allot him the said dates as his official day-off for reason as mentioned above.
Hence, the undersigned has really no intention of not attending the said inspection and therefore seek
before your good office for consideration hereof.
