a.1. Eleclion'Rolabd lncident (ERl) - refeE to a ctime incident which

could afiect or disrupt th€ electoral proceedings or create a form of
political tension that could eventually upset the electoral proce$,
regardlees of the motive. This incident occurs during election
Period.

Any crime incident targeting a CANDIDATE for any elective post, a
