2. In connection with the above references, requests furnish this Office printed
copy of Summary of Information (SOI) of the following PNP personnel who has
administrative complaint pending Pre-Charge Evaluation to wit.

01. PCINSP RICHARD ALLAN MANGALIP

02. PCI ANDREA BONIFACIO
03. PCI RENDIELYN SAHAGUN

3. Further, request certification of unit assignment if they were reassigned to other

PNP units and furnish us copy of Special Order if dismissed/ optionally/ compulsory/
posthumously retired from PNP Service.

4. Requests acknowledged receipt.
