SUBJECT : Reiteration re TIP Pre-Operation Procedure

1. Reference: Memorandum from TDIDM dated May 25, 2023 with subject
same as above.

2. This pertains to the observation that Trafficking in Persons Operations are

being conducted by other units without informing this Center, which is in violation of
Section 3-2 Pre-Operation Procedure, Chapter 3, of the abovementioned revised
SOP on TIP, to wit;

d. In case the operation is carried out by units other than the

WCPC, submit a pre-coordination from to the Chief, WCPC or the Chief of
the WCPC Field Unit in the Area.

3. Relative thereto, Police Regional Office 10 has complied and disseminated

the said TIP Pre-Operation Procedures to Municipal and City Police Stations.
