Provider (WISP) needs to register with the National Telecommunications Commission
(NTC) as a Value Added Service (VAS) Provider. The information on the requirements,
prccedures, fees, and processing time for registration are available at the NTC Citizens'
Charter found in our website at www.ntc.oov.ph. Please refer to pages 73 to 80 of the
said Charter.
