ASSOCIATIONS' NATIONWIDE
This is in reference to Memorandum dated December 17, 2018, signed by the DILG
Secretary, regarding submission of the list of existing Tricycle and Drivers' Association
(TODA) nationwide, for the purpose of esublishing a data base.

Relative thereto and to facilitate submission of the required data information,

attached are Forms I and 2, to be duly filled-out by the citylmuniclpaliry, and the
concerned DILG Regional Office for the consolidated summary, to reach this Departrnent
through the Bureau of Local Government Supenrision not later than ]anuary 15, 2019.

In line with the goverrunent's effort of esublishing update on the status of tricycle
operadon in the country, and to determine the Tricycle Rquhrion Untt's (TRU's)
efficiency in the issuance of the ftanchise license, maintaining data base and resolving
complaints and grievances, the DILG was instrtrcted to conduct an inventory on the matter.

In view of the foregoing, all Provincirl Governors, Gty and Municipal Mayors are
eujoined to submit to this Depanrrent, through *re Bureau of Local Gorrernment
Supervision via email address: ts8 blg,stoyahoo.com, the following information
requirements:

l. List and sunmary of Tricycle Driven-Operators Associatiou

2. Locarion (name of purok/barangay/municipality/city);
3. President/Focal Person with contact numbere;

All DILG Regional Directors are hereby directed to Gruse the widest dissemination
