performance as team leader and members of the joint operating teams of 2nd Provincial
Mobile Force Company, Panganiban and Bagamanoc Municipal Police Stations, all of
Catanduanes PPO, during the manhunt operation conducted at around 6:00 PM of
August 16, 2019 at Sitio Barsoan, Brgy. Magaysay, Bagamanoc, Catanduanes that
resulted in the arrest of Larry V. Santos, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Qualified
Theft, issued by Hon. Judge Jaime B. Santiago of RTC Branch 14, Tagaytay City,
docketed under Criminal Case No. TG-19-583.

2. Your hard work and relentless efforts immensely contributed in the campaign
of the PNP against wanted persons in line with LOI “Manhunt Charlie”, worthy of
emulation.
