SUBJECT : After Activity Report re Security Coverage during the Civil

Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE)

DATE : November 18, 2023

1. REFERENCE: Memorandum from DRDO, NCRPO dated November 15,

2023 with subject same as above.

2. MISSION: To provide security assistance and other related public safety

services during the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE).

3. AREA COVERED:
a. AYALA Malls Manila Bay, Barangay Tambo;
b. Aseana Avenue corner Diokno Blvd, Barangay Tambo;and
c. Aseana Avenue corner Macapagal Blvd., Barangay Tambo, Parañaque
City.

4. PERIOD COVERED: On November 17, 2023 at about 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM

of November 18, 2023.

5. PARTICIPATING PERSONNEL: (See Attached)

6. CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS:
At about 5:00 AM of November 17, 2023 until 2:00 PM of November 16,
2023, this Police Station deployed a total of fourteen (14) personnel composed of
two (2) PCOs and twelve (12) PNCOs at Ayalla Malls, Manila Bay, Parañaque City.
Likewise, established Police Assistance Desks (PADs) inside Ayalla Mall and
provided area/route security along Aseana Avenue corner Diokno Blvd and along
Aseana Avenue corner Macapagal Blvd., Barangay Tambo, Parañaque City to
ensure the safety and security within AOR.

7. PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED: None

8. RESULT OF ACTIVITY: Security assistance was successfully rendered by

this Police Station without any untoward incident happened.

9. RECOMMENDATION: The undersigned recommends that the

participating personnel be given appropriate awards for their dedication in the
fulfilment to duty.
