2. In connection with above references please be informed under the supervision of the
undersigned personnel of this unit led by SPO4 Bernardo E. Dulay conducted Panelling and
area security on the said activity at Eastern Police District Romulo Bldng Multi-Pourpose Hall,
Caruncho Avenue, Brgy San Nicolas, Pasig City.

3. The said activity successfully terminated without untoward incident happen.
