PRESERVATION ORDER

Dear Atty. CASIÑO:

This has reference to the on-going investigation being conducted by this Unit
relative to the Fatal Road Crash Incident transpired on June 18, 2022 at about 12:50
AM at Brgy 24 Nagsanga, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte wherein the victim identified as RLAN
JUMAR G ACORDA, 28 years old, single, chef of Asaricha Beach Resort located at
Brgy 10 Estancia, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte and resident of Brgy 3 Bacarra, Ilocos Norte
In view of the above, request verification and preservation of the subscriber’s
information and Traffic data of the Globe cellular number listed below:

Date: June 1, 2022 to June 19, 2022

Pursuant to Section 13 of Republic Act 10175 “Preservation of Computer Data.

-The integrity of traffic data and subscriber information relating to communication
services provided by a service provider shall be preserved for a minimum period of six
(6) months from the date of the transaction. Content data shall be similarly preserved for
six (6) months from the date of receipt of the order from law enforcement authorities,
requiring its preservation X xx” (emphasis supplied). In this regard, you are hereby
required to preserve the traffic data, subscriber’s information and other related
information pertaining to the above-mentioned cellular number.
Further, request furnish to this unit of your action taken on the matter preferably
to serve as our reference on applying for the court order necessary for the release of
the evidence subject of this order.
