2. After this office has gathered all necessary pieces of evidence and the testimonies of the
witnesses, a case of Car-napping, defined and penalize under RA 10883 of the Revised
Penal Code was filed with the General Santos City Provincial Prosecutors Office, against
the suspect Juan Tamad y Talaga alias Junjun, 35 years old, married and a resident of
Brangay Bula, General Santos City regarding the Car-napping incident happened on or
about 2:29 o’clock in the afternoon on July 23,2023 at Claro M. Recto Street, Brgy. West,
General Santos for their further study, evaluation and final disposition.

witnesses, a case of Homicide, defined and penalize under Article 249 of the Revised
Penal Code was filed with the General Santos City Provincial Prosecutors Office, against the
suspect Geo Balandra, legal age, Fish vendor and residents of Barangay Bula, General
Santos City. regarding the shooting incident happened on or about 10:25 o’clock in the
afternoon on January 15, 2023 at Zone 9, Barangay Bula, General Santos City for their
further study, evaluation and final disposition.
