2.The initial investigation revealed that this case alyas hakob take an action to
report all people there who is involved in gambling at that time Darel Abapo is one of
the suspect for the commission of illegal gambling. After conducting an
investigation they find out that Darel Abapo is the mastermind in the cock fighting
event which is illegal because during that time cock fighting is banned in the
barangay San isidro and it is illegal because there is no approval in the barangay
council.

6. This report was confirmed by NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION(NBI)
that Illegal gambling refers to any form of betting or wagering that operates
outside the boundaries of the law. In the Philippines, the regulation of
gambling activities is governed by various laws, including the Anti-Illegal
Gambling Act and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation
(PAGCOR) Act.
VI. RECOMMENDATION:

II. MATTERS INVESTIGATED:

4. A Illegal Gambling activity transpired in Purok nunez BARANGAY San

Isidro, General Santos City.
5. To determine the criminal liabilities of the suspect and to know the
premises surrounding this particular incident.

III. FACTS OF THE CASE

6.On January 23, 2023/9:30 AM there is a fiesta in Purok nunez, Barangay

San isidro, General Santos City on that day a lot of people resident of barangay San
isidro involve in cock fighting happened in barangay san isidro Darel Abapo, resident
in, Barangay Apopong, , General Santos City, is involved in illegal gambling

IV. DISCUSSION:

6. At on that case the Darel Abapo is the Master mind in gambling activities
in Purok nunez herein the suspects violated the The Republic Act 9287 -
Philippine Gambling Laws. The Republic Act (RA) 9287 is an amendment
act to Presidential Decree (PD) 1602 which imposes penalties for
individuals taking part in illegal gambling activities.

V. CONCLUSION:

7. The investigator concluded that the suspect violated the law as prescribed
in the recent discussion. Therefore, it is necessary to file the ILLEGAL
GAMBLING ACTIVITIES against him

VI. RECOMMENDATION:

8. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully

recommends that this case be considered solve and close.
