Spot Report

This memorandum provides a spot report on an attempted theft incident that occurred on December 21, 2023. According to the report, a suspect named Igor entered the employee quarters of the Agora compound and stole several items belonging to employees. The suspect was attempting to leave the premises when he was caught by a security guard, Chucky Chan, who inspected the suspect's belongings and discovered they belonged to Agora employees. The guard then arrested the suspect and brought him to the Eastern Police District station. A follow up progress report on the incident will be provided.

1. Reference: Police Blotter entry number 01 dated December 21, 2023.

2. What: Report on Attempted theft incident.

3. Where: Agora Compound

4. Who: In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about 8:30 am
of December 31, 2023, suspect identified as @Igor entered the employees quarter of
Agora’s compound and stole several items of employees of the said establishment,
when the suspect was about to leave the premises, The witnessed namely Security
Guard Chucky chan. The guard on duty that day inspects his belongings and found out
that the owner of the said items is the employee of the said establishment. SG Chucky
chan arrested the suspect and bring it to Police eastern district.
