MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Progress Report No. 1, re – Robbery with Homicide

I. AUTHORITY:
1. Progress Report to the investigation conducted on the incident recorded in Patrol
Section Incident Logbook, Entry No. 2022-0134, dated June 5, 2022.

II. DETAIL:
2. Continuous follow investigation resulted to the collection of three (3) .45 caliber
cartridge found at the crime scene as well as one (1) .45 caliber 1911 firearm found at the pile of
garbage. CCTV footage was also recovered from the barangay, showing the two suspects as they
escaped the crime scene. One suspect has a tattoo on his right leg, and the other suspect has a
birthmark right below his right arm.
3. This report was confirmed by a witness which is the neighbor of the victim
III. RECOMMENDATION:
4. It is respectfully recommended that the evidences recovered should be turned over to
the PNP Crime Laboratory Service to further examine the evidences.
