AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, Ms. Katleen Villegas, of legal age, single, resident of 913 Mabolo st., Marketview
Lucena city, after having sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and state that:
1. I was present during the commission of the crime by the suspects and was personally able
to see 2 armed men forcefully entered Mr. Matthew Abellanosa’s house and pointed a
gun at him while taking a silver briefcase
2. At around 6:10 AM of March 15, 2022, two armed men entered the residence of Mr.
Matthew Abellanosa by breaking the lock of the gate at the entrance of his house.
3. As they continued inside the house, I saw one of the robbers from the window, pointed a
gun at Mr. Matthew Abellanosa
4. The other armed man found the silver briefcase and took it.
5. After the commission of the crime the robbers went out and rode a purple underbone
motorcycle (scooter) which was parked at the front of the residence of Mr. Matthew
Abellanosa
6. As the suspects were fleeing, I witnessed Mr. Matthew Abellanosa went after the suspect
with the briefcase in which Mr. Abellanosa was shot 3 times and laying in front of the
door outside their home
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and support the filing of
Criminal case against Mr. Herzen Bryant Mago, the suspect.
