COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT

I, HULK SMASH, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Barangay Fatima,
General Santos City after being duly sworn in accordance with law do hereby depose and state
that:

1. That am accusing MS. IRON FE a resident of Barangay Lagao of QUALIFIED

THEFT.
2. That on February 24, 2023 4:00 PM, I was at my office cleaning my own restroom
inside the office closed the restroom door when I was inside, after I left a box full of
Nivea Men Deodorant unattended near at the office door.
3. That on the same time, when I was finished cleaning the restroom, I lost a box
sealed and full with Nivea Men Deodorant 150 ml which I placed near at the office
door.
4. After looking for it personally I have called my secretaries MS. CAPTIN AMERICANO
KUPI and MS. IRON FE to help me to look for and said will continue to look for it.
5. That on Febuary 25, 2023 Saturday, while MS. CAPTIN AMERICANO KUPI was on
her way to the Lagao market, she saw her co-worker a friend of MS. IRON FE selling
a Nivea Deodorant in a box and when MS. IRON FE was not paying attention she
went near her and took a picture of the box which the delivery serial number is
visible.
6. That on February 27, 2023 upon the report that MS. CAPTIN AMERICANO KUPI
relayed to me I confronted MS. IRON FE about the box of Nivea Deodorant that was
lost and rejected the allegation.
7. After series of questioning, I looked into my records for the delivery serial number of
the box that was MS. CAPTIN AMERICANO KUPI took a picture of and it matches.
