BAASCO ONLINE BAZAAR Not Done
- Is a fund generating activity of BAASCo in line with the creative online BAAZAR initiated on the 1 st
week of October that will encourage the departments to prepare for the event and on the 2 nd week
of October will be the occurrence of the Online BAZAAR 2020.
Mechanisms:
VIDEO ADVERTISEMENT
- Will be an avenue for their products to be reach further markets by video presentation of their
product advertising it with the causes of the BAZAAR.
Mechanism:
1. Video presentation must be ready to be posted before the selling duration of the bazaar. Posting
the advertisements must use the official BAASCo Page:
https://www.facebook.com/baascomsugensan.
2. The advertisement video must consist of:
- The 3 type of products which are Product 1: must showcase their department, Product 2:
can be incorporated in Online Classes and Product 3: an edible product
- A short description of the endorsed products
- Must include the logo of the department and the College
3. The media artists must follow the details for the video advertisements:
- Video Dimensions: 1980 x 1080 pixels (landscape) ;
4. SUBMISSION OF POSTERS: OCTOBER 6, 2020
*department presidents are held accountable to post the media peripherals for their advertisements.

Stage 1 – Round 1
- Was a clear explanation of the business idea and value proposition provided?

Stage 1 – Round 2
- What is the positioning of the product/service in relation to competitors (both direct and
indirect)?
- Is the product/service favorably positioned in the distribution channel?
- Can this product/service be a leader in its market?
- Are barriers to entry identified?
- How long will it take you to get to market?
NOTE: No exit strategy is required for the Executive Summary Round of the competition. For the Written
Business Plan Round, exit strategies should be included in the plan. No formal valuation or deal structure
is required for either round of the competition.

- Displays enthusiasm about topic throughout the presentation.
- Clear and confident speaking at a good pace without reading off of slides or notes
Stage 2 – Round 2
During the final presentation round, each team gives a refined eight-minute Power Point presentation
followed by seven minutes of questions from the judges. The judges score the teams in the following
categories:
The judges will deliberate at the conclusion of the Final Presentation Round. They may reference the
previous round scoring and feedback details prior to determining the winning teams.
