AFFIDAVIT

I, CHRISTIAN M. BAUTISTA, single, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of 6827 P. Dandan Street, La Huerta, Parañaque City,
after being sworn under into law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the brother of AURORA M. BAUTISTA, Filipino, of legal

age, married, also a resident of 6827 P. Dandan Street, La
Huerta, Parañaque City, and the seller in the Deed of Absolute
Sale dated 9 December 2020.

2. On 9 December 2020, I guided my sister in placing her

thumb-mark on the said Deed of Absolute Sale, considering that
she could not sign the same on her own due to old age and
weakness.

3. I am executing this Affidavit for the purpose of the

facilitation of the Deed of Absolute Sale dated 9 December 2020
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

Further, affiant sayeth naught.

I, GRACE L. BUENCONSEJO, married, of legal age, Filipino,

and a resident of 2359 Esmeralda Street, San Andres Bukid,
City of Manila, after being sworn under into law, hereby depose
and state that:

1. On 9 December 2020, I delivered a copy of the Deed of

Absolute Sale executed by and between Aurora M. Bautista and
Spouses Roderick and Lulette Casanova.

2. AURORA M. BAUTISTA could no longer sign the said

Deed of Sale due to her weakness and old age, so I assisted her
in placing her thumb-mark on the same.

3. This Affidavit is being executed for the purpose of the

facilitation of the Deed of Sale dated 9 December 2020 and for
whatever legal purpose this may serve.

Further, affiant sayeth naught.
