AFFIDAVIT

I, JEFFREY D. PASCUA, of legal age, Filipino, married, businessman and

a resident of Cullalabo del Sur, Burgos, Isabela, after having been duly sworn to
in accordance with law, do hereby deposes and says, that:

1. I am the same person executing this affidavit;

2. Manuel Flores and Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. are my barriomates;
3. Aside from being my barriomates, Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. was
also my farm helper for four (4) years;
4. On 26 February 2017, Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. was stabbed
several times by Manuel Flores, hence he was not able to attend to
his work for one cropping;
5. When he resumed his work in July 2017, he was being constantly
teased by his fellow helpers namely Samuel Lazaro, Weng-Weng
Balila, Elvin Mariano and Mark Anthony Javier that the reason why
he was stabbed and wanted dead by Manuel Flores was because
he is having an affair with Annabelle Flores, the wife of Manuel;
6. Whenever Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. was being teased by his fellow
helpers, he answers them “matinik kasi”;
7. Almost a year after this stabbing incident or on 21 February 2018,
Manuel Flores again stabbed Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr., but this time
the former succeeded in killing the latter as the latter again
sustained multiple stab wounds which caused his death.

I am executing this affidavit in good faith, attesting to the truth of all the
foregoing statements as above-stated, in support to the complaint filed by the
family of Bonifacio U. Lauricio, Sr. against Manuel Flores.
