 That 999 Seth Pharmaceutical Inc. is our supplier of various pharmaceutical

products here in Laguna;

 That Mr. Joevan N. Magdato is the Sales Representative from 999 Seth
Pharmaceutical Inc. Based on Laguna Area;

 That on July 11, 2023, I received a verification from 999 Seth Pharmaceutical Inc.
via Messenger in the said conversation 999 Seth Pharmaceutical Inc. is verify my
accounts regarding the matter. Details of the said accounts and dates are as
