AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, MARITESS F. FERRERAS and JONATHAN A. FERRERAS, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
and residents both at Brgy. Lakip Atimonan Quezon, respectively after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we have been residents of Atimonan, Quezon for more than two 10 years, and
during this period of time, we have personally know Ana Marie Layson Cabayao, being
our neighbors and close acquaintance;
