AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
       I, Mark Louis B. Bati, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and with office
address at J.P. Rizal Ave., cor. Jaena St. Kalayaan Village, Barangay
Quebiawan City of San Fernando, Pampanga, after having duly sworn to
in accordance with law hereby depose and state:
 
        1. That I am the duly authorized representative of 999 Seth
Pharmaceutical Inc. the complainant for “Batas Pambansa Blg. 22”
(Bouncing Check Law) against Marites Di-Ag Sabido in the case entitled
"Roymed Pharmaceutical Represented by Mark Louis B. Bati. vs. Marites
Di-Ag Sabido”, docketed with NPS Docket No. III-13-INV-21K-02638-2639
 
        2. After respondent fully settled her monetary obligations to private
complainant, and after the company’s assessment and analysis of the
incident, the company has decided that they are permanently
withdrawing their complaint against Marites Di-Ag Sabido, clearing
respondent of whatever responsibility or liability to the company.
 
        3. I hereby inform the City Prosecutor of San Fernando, Pampanga
that I am withdrawing our complaint for “Batas Pambansa Blg. 22”
(Bouncing Check Law) against Marites Di-Ag Sabido in the case entitled
"Roymed Pharmaceutical Represented by Mark Louis B. Bati. vs. Marites
Di-Ag Sabido”, docketed with NPS Docket No. III-13-INV-21K-02638-2639;

        4. I likewise request the City Prosecutor of San Fernando,

Pampanga to dismiss the charges against Janice Marites Di-Ag Sabido,
for Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22
