COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement is entered in to this ____day of _____________ 2020, in the City of San
Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines, by and between –

999 SETH PHARMACEUTICAL INC., a company engaged

in the selling and distribution of pharmaceutical products, and
with address at Lot 20 Block 25 J.P Rizal Corner Jaena Street
Kalayaan Village, Barangay Quebiawan, City of San Fernando,
Ms. Levie Jacinto Foronda

Pampanga, and represented by its Legal Officer MARK LOUIS

B. BATI, herein referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”;
- And -

Ms. Levie Jacinto Foronda, Filipino, of legal age, and with

address Centro Sta. Ana, Cagayan Region 2 (Cagayan Valley)
SECOND PARTY

herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”

-WITNESSETH -

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY acknowledges that they are indebted to the FIRST
PARTY in the amount of THIRTY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY SIX
PESOS (P39, 456.00);

WHEREAS, in order to buy peace between the FIRST PARTY and the SECOND
PARTY they have agreed to avoid litigation, as between them, by entering into this compromise
agreement;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereto have
agreed on the following terms:

1. That the SECOND PARTY shall pay the FIRST PARTY the minimum amount
of TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 000.00) every week starting July 4, 2020 to November 14,
2020 (20 weeks);

2. That all payment will be collected by Joemar S. Santos (Sales Supervisor) and
999 Seth Pharmaceutical Inc.

upon payment, a collection receipt will be issued to the SECOND PARTY;

3. That in case the due date falls on a non-working day, or is declared a holiday or
work is otherwise suspended by other natural causes, payment shall be made by the SECOND
PARTY on the next business day;

4. In Case the SECOND PARTY failed to comply the entire obligation shall be due
and deemable;
FIRST PARTY

5. The parties hereto hereby expressly warrant that all consent and requirements
necessary for them to enter into this agreement have been duly obtained/ secured/ complied with.

6. Should the SECOND PARTY violate any provisions of this agreement, the
FIRST PARTY shall file the necessary criminal and civil case against the SECOND PARTY to
protect its rights;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their hands this ____ day
