COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Compromise Agreement, entered into by and between MARTHY A. DU of legal

age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident Buenavista, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte
hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY;

-and-

DAISY A. TUMAMPON of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Buenavista,

Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

That the SECOND PARTY is a tenant of the FIRST PARTY in their landholding
located at Buenavista, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte with an area 1.9 hectares, more or less;

That the SECOND PARTY is willing to give-up the area cultivated by her provided
that the FIRST PARTY will pay the improvements incurred by the SECOND PARTY;

That both parties agreed on the termination of their tenancy relationship as the
FIRST PARTY will be using in the future the subject landholding, herein SECOND PARTY
likewise agreed that the improvements she made on the said land such as the coconuts and
other minor crops she incurred be paid which was acceded to by the FIRST PARTY
(landowner);

That the SECOND PARTY agreed that she will be paid in the amount of Seventy
Thousand Pesos (P 70, 000.00) by the FIRST PARTY, based on the crops planted therein.

That for and in consideration of the total amount of Philippine currency, received
by the herein SECOND PARTY, receipt of the said amount Seventy Thousand Pesos (P 70,
000)of money in cash is hereby acknowledged by the SECOND PARTY to her paid in hand
by the FIRST PARTY without any objection, the Former hereby voluntary surrender, waive
and abandon forever all her tenancy rights, including her right of Pre-emption and
Redemption under Agrarian Laws, in her own free and deed without any undue influence
from any person or office. Further, SECOND PARTY shall no longer claim any
compensation in the future against the FIRST PARTY, and could no longer exercise her
duties as tenant including all members of her immediate farm household;

That for all intent and purposes, the tenancy relationship between the parties is
hereby completely terminated and ceased to exist in accordance with their mutual
agreement;

That the parties also agreed to respect one another and avoid doing act/s that will
tend to disturb the peace of mind or cause harm to one another after the relationship
between parties have ended;

That this compromise agreement has been executed freely and voluntarily by the
parties as shown in their signature affixed their names, being not contrary to law, public
order and public policy.
 That this compromise agreement is interpreted to the herein parties in layman’s
language before signing it.

This compromise agreement is composed of three (3) pages including the page
where this acknowledgement appears.
