PETITION

COME NOW, the PETITIONER, through the Department of

Agrarian Reform-Legal Services Division and unto this Honorable
Board, most respectfully avers that:

1. Petitioner ENGR. RUSHDI A. MINDALANO, in His Capacity

as the PARPO II of DAR Lanao del Norte, is of legal age, Filipino

 and with office address at DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN
REFORM PROVINCIAL OFFICE, Socor Residences, J.T. Lluch
Subdivision, Pala-o, Iligan City, where he may be served with
summons and other processes of this Honorable Board;

2. Respondent the Register of Deeds of Lanao del Norte is a

government agency mandated by law to have custody and
controlled of all land titles and other registrable documents and
with office address at Provincial Capitol, Pigcarangan, Tubod
Lanao del Norte, where it may be served with summons and
other processes;

3. A Petition for Exclusion of Farmer Beneficiary through the

Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer’s Office (PARPO’s
Office) of Lanao del Norte was filed to the Regional Director
as Agrarian Law Implementation (ALI) Case;

4. The PETITION was docketed as Agrarian Law Implementation

Case – ALI CASE No. ARO-1000-0054-2013 for the
EXCLUSION of TEODORO F. ESCALANTE;

5. RESOLUTION of said ALI Case were issued by the Regional

Director of Region X, FAISAR A. MAMBUAY last January 30,
2013 the dispositive portion of which reads as follows:

“IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, Resolution is hereby granting

the exclusion of Engr. Felix B. Aguhob as farmer beneficiary (FB) of
261, Pls-68, Psd-10-052621-AR under CLOA No. 00062225/TCT
CLOA – 2,417.

SO RESOLVED.”

[Copy of the Resolution is attached herein marked as Annex “A” and

formed an integral part hereof.]

6. Hence, upon the Resolution issued by the DAR Regional

Director of Region X, FAISAR A. MAMBUAY this instant petition
is filed to this honorable court for the confirmation of the said
Resolution, for EXCLUSION OF EDGARDO O. CABO ON
LANDHOLDING COVERED BY TCT CLOA No. 2,416, (T-
4,116) Lot 2939, Bsd-12-351800177-AR.

 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of the Honorable Adjudication Board that an Order be issued
CONFIRMING the Regional Director’s Resolution which granted the
exclusion of TEODORO F. ESCALANTE on landholding covered by TCT
CLOA No. 2,417, Lot 261, Psd-10-052621-AR and DIRECTING the
Register of Deeds of Lanao del Norte to cause the necessary
annotation in the said CLOA.

Other just and equitable remedies under the premises are

likewise prayed for.

Petition;
