AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS ;

This Agreement is entered into between:

REYMART T. DULAY, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident

of Block 19, Lot# 15 16, Iponan,Cagayan City herein referred
to as the “FIRST PARTY/TRADER”;

and

MAIZA VALCORZA and FERNANDO P. MONDEJAR JR. of legal

age, Filipino, and a resident of San Francisco, Agusan del
Sur, herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY/FINANCER” both
of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement ;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a private trader/player

capable of making profits through trading crypto currency in
full capacity ; and

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY is a private investor/financer

desirous in financing the FIRST PARTY in his trading ability
to accumulate more profits and agreed to enter into an
agreement with commission and following compensation plan ;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, the parties hereby agree to the following terms
and conditions stipulated hereunder :

1. That the FIRST PARTY shall mandatorily deliver the

amount which SECOND PARTY invested in double (200%)
in exactly eight (8) days from PAY IN ;

2. That in every PAY OUT of SECOND PARTY of whatever sum

of amount, the FIRST PARTY give ten (10%) percent
from the PAY OUT amount to SECOND PARTY as
commission;

3. That the FIRST PARTY shall not enter into another

agreement or contract to any other personnel except
from the SECOND PARTY relating to this investment
agreement ;

4. That this agreement shall be in effect upon signing –

up the this agreement ;

5. Six months (6months) contract upon signing up the

agreement, equal sharing into Three (3) person
FERNANDO P. MONDEJAR JR., MAIZA VALCORZA and REYMART
T. DULAY.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto
set their hands this ________________ at San Francisco,

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged to me that the
same are their free acts and deeds.
