AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, ANASTACIO M. CARMONA JR., of legal age, Filipino, married and a
resident of Buko, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental and herein called the FIRST PARTY, and
JUNIE QUIPANES CRUZ, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Patag, Cagayan
de Oro City, herein called the SECOND PARTY, do agree, as we hereby agree:

1) The FIRST PARTY is an owner of a parcel of land located at Brgy. Suarez, Kinoguitan,
Misamis Oriental with falcata seedlings planted thereon by NECIAS RAMOSO.

2) The SECOND PARTY has an experienced both in plantation and farming since he
jointly manages a poultry farm and a coconut and falcata plantation with his mother
ELEANOR GABON QUIPANES.

3) The FIRST PARTY will then later on sell the fully grown falcata trees to the SECOND
PARTY which is estimated to be in the year 2022 in only one harvest and then
afterwards the SECOND PARTY will no longer be involve in the next transactions.

4) The SECOND PARTY agrees to buy the fully grown falcata trees on the day of its
harvest in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND (P340,000.00) in
Philippines Peso.

5) All parties shall comply with their respective obligations in utmost good faith.
