BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the Province of La Union

personally appeared (i). ANTONIO P. CARDINEZ, of legal age, married,
Filipino citizen, and resident of Blk. 64 Lot 12 Ivory Street, Zone 8, Brgy.
Rizal, Makati City, Philippines and (ii). CHRISTOPHER P. DAIGAN, of legal
age, married, Filipino citizen, and resident of Blk. 65 Lot 13 Ivory Street,
Zone 8, Brgy. Rizal, Makati City, Philippines, both are hereinafter referred
to as “FIRST PARTY” and JARED Z. CAMPOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen
and resident of Brgy. Bawanta, Bauang, La Union, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as “SECOND PARTY” with their respective competent proofs of
identity as described and appearing below their signatures and printed
names, known to me and to me known to be the same persons who
personally affixed their signatures herein below and that they are the same
persons who executed this acknowledgement/receipt of payment anent
their COMPROMISE AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO THE JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF
DESISTANCE BY THE FIRST PARTY IN FAVOR OF THE SECOND PARTY relative
to CRIMINAL CASE NO. 10532 for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Serious
Physical Injuries undergoing trial before the Municipal Trial Court of
Bauang; whereby the FIRST PARTY by virtue of their Joint-Affidavit of
Desistance acknowledge receipt of payment by the SECOND PARTY to wit:

“FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 400,000.00) Philippine Currency to us (FIRST
PARTY) in hand paid by JARED Z. CAMPOS (SECOND PARTY) in
Manager’s Check ___________________________ and to our full satisfaction
acknowledge receipt thereof and release him from any and all other
claims from the FIRST PARTY”.
