This EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH ABSOLUTE SALE is made and
entered on __________________ by and among:

_______________, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of ______________,

resident of ______________, Philippines;

_________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to _________________ and a

resident of ________________; and

on our volition, declare as follows:

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the parties are the surviving heirs of the late _______________ who
died intestate, on _________________, without leaving any Last Will or Testament and
without any outstanding debts or accounts.

WHEREAS, the last residence of the decedent at the time of his death is in

decedent left no debts;

Philippines, we, the parties hereto who are all of legal ages and with full civil capacity to
contract, do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves a portion of the land described, which

pro indiviso;
