INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This investment contract made and executed into this 11 th of December 2023, by and between
MYLENE BORJA AND ANNA MARIE MANGUIN, both of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with postal
address at with postal address at 15 P. DE LEON STREET, STA ROSA, PILAR, BATAAN co-owners
of Foodies Catering Services., hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

MYLENE BORJA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with proposal address at
TINAMBAKAN, STO. DOMINGO, ORION, BATAAN, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY.

W I T N E S S E T H;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the co-owner of the food business FOODIES CATERING
SERVICES located at 15 P. DE LEON STREET, STA ROSA, PILAR, BATAAN and the SECOND PARTY
agreed to invest to the said business;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY invested the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P30,000.00) in the said business and the FIRST PARTY agreed to pay an interest equivalent to
20% SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00) payable every 11th of the month upon the agreement
for SIX (6) MONTHS.

WHEREAS, both parties, in case of future disagreement to the terms and conditions of
this contract shall agree to undergo arbitration before the qualified arbitrator of both parties’
choice.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, which shall be considered

as integral part of this Agreement, both parties hereby execute this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and place
above written.
