CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

THE PUBLIC IS INFORMED:

This Contract (this “Contract”) made and entered into this 17th
 day of September, by and between:

Ms. Roseanne Tabuena a resident of Karisma Ville Panghulo. Malabon

City, mother of a Rhian Andrea Tabuena who are having a 9th
 birthday party on October 02, 2023

Benny’s Dream Events a company doing business in the Philippines under this
firm name inaccordance with provisions of existing laws, with office address Blk
10. lot 2A Villa Amor Dos ,Caloocan City and presented herein by John Benny
Tagum here in after referred to as the PARTYB. (EVENT ORGANIZER)
 
EVENT
: Rhian Andrea Turns 9 Hello Kitty Party

ADDRESS
 : Sunrise Garden, Caloocan City
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1.Party A acknowledges Party B services in the event promotion.
2.Party A will settle the 50% down payment based on the budget proposal. The
remainingamount will be settled upon the completion of the event.
3.In the case of cancellation, 10% will be refunded to Party A within 8 weeks
before theevent. Less than 8 weeks means no refund.
4.Party B shall comply and shall be in-charge of the agreed aspects of the event
asmentioned in Event Proposal (Attached).
5.When both or any of the party is impacted by Force Majeure, both parties shall
requestfor extension or terminate the agreement. In this situation, the obligations
may beexempted in whole or in part, unless laws provide otherwise.

 NOW THEREFORE, with the foregoing terms, conditions

and covenants heretofore mentioned, parties finally entered and consummated
this contract.
WITNESS WHEREOF, we have here unto affixed our signatures this 02nd say of
October 2023 at Caloocan City.
