CONTRACT OF LEASE FOR PARKING SPACE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF LEASE is made and executed at the City of Manila.

this day of September, 2020, by and between:

HUM.ERIANO B. TRIHlDAD JR. , Pastor, of legal age, Filipino, and with

residence and postal address a t 422 cavite Street, Gagalangin, Tondo, Ma nila,
hereinafter refe rred to as the LESSOR.

-AND-

RITA D. SANTIAGO, of legal age, Filipino and with residence and postal
address at 433-0 Fidel Street, Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila , hereinafter referred to
as the LESSEE.

WITNESSETHi That

WH.EREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of PARKING LOT. situ ated at 422
cavite Stree t, GagaJangin, Tondo, Manila ;

WH.EREAS , the LESSOR agrees to lease-out a parking space for one

vehicle in the subject property to the LESSEE and the LESSEE is willing to lease
the same;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

LESSOR leases unto the LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby accepts from the
LESSOR the LEASED premises, subject to the following:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PURPOSES: That premises hereby leased s ha ll be used exclusively by the

LESSEE for parking purposes of only one vehicle a nd shall not be di ve rted to
other uses.

2 . TERM: This tenn of lease is for ONE (1) YEAR, from September 10, 2020 to
September 11 , 2021 , inclus ive. Upon its expiration , this lease may be
renewed u nde r such tenns and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon
by both parties.

3. RENTAL RATE: The m onthly rental rate for the leased premises shall be
TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P2,800.00) , Philippine
Currency. All rental payments s haH be payable to the LESSOR.

4 . DEPOSIT/ ADVANCE: That the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR upon signing
of this contract and prior to move-in a total amo unt of FIVE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED PESOS (PS,600.OO) , representing the deposit of TWO THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P 2 ,800.00) and TWO THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED PESOS (P 2 ,800.00) as one-month advance paymen t.

S. This CONTRACT shall be valid and binding between the parties, their
successors-in-interest and assigns .

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein arrlXed their signatures on the

date a nd p lace above wrillen.
