CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THERE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease made and entered into by and

between:

ROSALINDA O. BACARON, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and

resident of P-4 Pugad, Payasan, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, duly
known as the “LESSEE”
And

VILLAMORA P. ORCULLO, of legal age, Filipino, and a

resident of P-4 Diatagon, Lianga, Surigao del Sur,
hereinafter referred to as the “LESSOR”

-WITNESSETH, that:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of portion of titled

lot, with an area of 4m x 4m, situated at P-4 Diatagon,
Lianga, Surigao del Sur, under TCT/OCT No. 1668-2009, in the
name of Villamora P. Orcullo ;

WHEREAS, the LESSEE are desirous of leasing from the

LESSOR, a portion of the above-described portion of land with
an area of 4m x 4m ;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

foregoing, LESSOR does hereby let, lease and demise unto
LESSEE the above-described property under terms and
conditions and stipulations as follows:

1. That the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR a monthly

rental in the amount of Three Thousand (P3,000.00)
Pesos, for a period of five (5) years
(renewable) ;

2. That the water and electric bills shall be for the

account of the LESSEE ;

3. That no improvements and repairs shall be done

without the permission of the LESSOR. Any
improvement and repair shall be on the account of
the LESSEE without reimbursement from the LESSOR ;

4. That all improvements therein shall belong to the

LESSOR ;

5. That this contract shall be in effect starting upon

the approval of application and/or operation of the
same ;

6. That agreement and contract is for the reference

during the liquidation of the herein LESSOR.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the premises hereto have hereunto
set their hands this 30th day of October 2018 at San
Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
