RE: Letter Reply

Dear Sir:

This pertains to your letter dated November 12, 2021 on the conduct of actual ground
survey under CADT 136 (Bunawan, Agusan del Sur).

Please be informed that we cannot accommodate your intention to conduct ground survey
as we believe that MASTRICAC, INC. does not recognize the group of RODRIGO Clan
as part of original ancestry hence, any action or activity that may affect the ancestral
domain of the legitimate tribe such as CALIWAAN clan will indirectly grant them such
claims and interest of the land which they do not deserved in the first place.

In this view, we therefore request that the said survey be withheld until such time that
they will recognize our rights and interest thereof for purposes of 50-50 sharing or
legitimacy of the claim. (Please see attached Resolution for your reference).

We humbly submit therefore that this letter be given consideration and respect.
